How to get here

Moulin Jaune – The Yellow Watermill – is situated near Crécy la Chapelle, 40 minutes away from Paris and from each of the two biggest airports – Orly and Charles de Gaulle. You can get to the Moulin by car, RER train via Paris or SNCF TGV train/Magic Shuttle bus via Disneyland.  If you’re feeling brave you can try sharing a ride through blablacar.fr.

Many local people know the exact address of the Moulin Jaune, but not everyone – so keep the full wording handy 1 Sente du Moulin Nicole (à la fin de la Rue des Abbesses) – or use the GPS coordinates 48.86113, 2.892526.

From the Paris East Station Gare de Paris Est take the orange line Ligne P to Meaux with a change at Esbly to the station Villiers Montbarbin.

Please make sure to get off at Esbly, change to the single track road and the train from Esbly to the destination Crécy la Chapelle. You need to get off at the station just before the last one, “Villiers Montbarbin”.

The ticket costs 5 EUR or is included in a navigo pass zone 5.

From the Gare de Lyon station follow the line RER A to Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy. You can check the schedule here: SNCF Transilien.

Once you are at Marne-la-Vallée Chessy, find the bus terminal outside of the train station and head to the stop of bus 59 to 17. Take this bus all the way to  Passage au niveau  – this is our stop. Please note that you need to pay in cash or use a normal metro-bus ticket, because bus drivers don’t take cards! Otherwise you can use the normal metro or bus ticket than in Paris.

 Buses run on a different schedule on public holidays and week-ends, so make sure to read the schedule attentively!

Another option is to find a taxi or an Uber from Disneyland. Ask them top drop you at the Villiers-Montbarbin train station. Use the GPS coordinates 48.51401, 2.53331. 48°51’40.1″N 2°53’33.1″E

From Paris, head east following A4 route, make sure not to miss Exit 16 (sign to Crécy-la-Chapelle) to get to D934. Then take another right to turn to the station Villiers-Montbarbin – you can park there and walk the rest.

Option 1:

By TGV train + bus 59 via Disneyland:

At CDG airport, find Terminal 2 – the TGV station will be between terminals D and F. Take the speed train to Disneyland Paris (Marne-la-Vallée Chessy). You can check the prices on the website .

Expect to pay 30EUR for one ticket.

Once you are at Marne-la-Vallée, find the bus terminal outside of the train station and head to the bus 59-17. Take that bus to the stop called Passage au niveau . Please remember that bus drivers may not take card payments, have a couple of euros in cash.

We recommend our guests to avoid flying to Beauvais if they can – it’s not easy to get to and from, plus the schedules or planes are often very inconvenient. If you must travel through Beauvais, here’s how:

From Beauvais Airport you can get to the Moulin via Paris.

Take the airport shuttle to the city, the schedule is on their website, and it costs about 17 EUR.

The shuttle will take you to Porte Maillot (it’s also a metro station on Line 1).

Then you can use the instruction on how to get to the Moulin from Paris (see the top part of this page).

By Eurostar + bus 59 via Disneyland:

In London, head to St Pancras station – there you’ll find the train that goes to Disneyland Paris (Marne-la-Vallée Chessy). The ticket prices are on the website.

Tickets can range between 60 GBP (if you book well in advance) and to 180+ GBP – so it’s in your best interest to book early!
