Spirit of the Events

Visitors acknowledge that they are active participants in their experience at Moulin Jaune.

A dress code may be proposed for each event. It is not mandatory but strongly recommended.

Unless expressly announced, the presence of specific artists, performances or workshops is not guaranteed and depends on current artistic residencies and opportunities.

Ticket Sales

Online ticket sales are handled by our ticketing service provider: Billetweb.

On-site ticket sales may be available subject to capacity.

The organiser reserves the right to modify ticket prices. In particular, the ticket price may be increased by €5 starting 5 days before the beginning of the event.

The date indicated on the ticket is final and non-modifiable.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation, tickets for events taking place on a specific date are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal right.

Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, including in case of unfavourable weather conditions.

In the event of total cancellation of the event by the organiser, including in cases of force majeure (flooding, severe winds, administrative decision, etc.), tickets will be fully refunded in accordance with the procedures defined by Billetweb.

At the time of purchase, cancellation insurance may be offered. If selected, it is managed exclusively via the Billetweb platform and subject to the insurer’s own terms and conditions.

Access Control

Access to the venue is subject to presentation of a valid ticket (printed or digital with barcode). One ticket per person is required.

Children under 3 years old must hold a free ticket.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with safety rules or displays inappropriate behaviour.

Entry and Exit

Unless otherwise indicated, entry is via the Villiers-Montbarbin train station side and exit via the Crécy-la-Chapelle business area side.

Re-entry after exit may not be permitted unless expressly authorised.

Parking

Parking is available in the Crécy-la-Chapelle business area in available spaces and at the train station parking area on the Villiers-Montbarbin side.
