Meringue in Bloom, Laziness in Motion

Where imagination takes root and flourishes, summer stretches out in soft white layers — like cream upon meringue. Beneath trees in bloom and clouds that seem to pause, dance and delight intertwine.

Chef Lucien Zayan offers a moment of edible poetry : each guest is invited to compose their own Pavlova — a tribute to the ballerina Anna Pavlova, where meringue meets cream in a choreography of sweetness.

Not too far, choreographer Thierry Thieû Niang leads poetic explorations of movement — delicate, unexpected, and shared. His dance invites the body to move with ease, as if stirred by a breeze, embracing the delicious laziness of a summer afternoon. It stirs the soul like sugar dissolving in sun-warmed cream.

Anna Pavlova’s spirit lingers — in every fluttering skirt, in every barefoot step through the grass. Surrender to softness, to slowness, to wonder. Let the body sway, let the hands create, let the spirit taste the joy of simply being. Come taste the art of doing nothing — beautifully.
